A deaf workers communicate using sign language at Serona kafe, in Bintaro, Banten province, on September 20, 2022. According to the owner, Azka, he deliberately employs deaf people in his cafe to provide opportunities for people with disabilities to get jobs that are equal to other normal people, according to the cafe's name Serona which means "Equal", and hopes that this cafe can be a place of interaction for people with disabilities and public society.
