Climate Strike 2022 In Jakarta, Indonesia

Environmental activists from various organizations and entities held the Climate Strike 2022 action by holding a long march on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Jakarta, on September 23, 2022. The action was carried out as a form of expression of disappointment with the government's attitude which they considered neglectful in dealing with the threat of the climate crisis, and put pressure on governments and businesses to make systematic changes and take climate action as soon as possible.
