Reopening Of The Colombia-Venezuela Border

The presidential delegation of Colombia and Venezuela is seen gathered in the middle of the Simon Bolivar International Bridge, during the ceremony of the official reopening of the border crossing points connecting the towns of San Antonio and Cucuta.
