Museum Of Natural History Of Toulouse Presents An Exhibition On Mummies And Death

A team of scientists in Lyon attempted an experiment to prserve an hamburger in its orginal packaging, without any particular action in order to observe its state of degradation over time. Ten years after, it's still theyre as it dried naturally. The museum of natural history of Toulouse ('Museum d'histoire Naturelle de Toulouse') presents an exhibition on mummies of human beings or animals and the artwork of embalming in history. The exhibition also presents natural mummies due to drought or frost such as Ötzi. The exhibition is about death, preservation of corpses and our desire of eternity.
