Dangerous wind speeds in Poland

BYDGOSZCZ, 18 November 2015 - In the center of Poland exceptionally high temperatures and high wind speeds have been recorded. Average temperature for November is around 3 degrees Celsius while currently they are well above 10 degrees Celsius.
