Halloween Disaster In Seoul
The group memorial for the victims of the Halloween Itaewon disaster in front of Noksapyeong station, Itaewon on November 3, 2022 in Seoul, South Korea. The government did not prepare the names or pictures of the victims or individual spirit tablets, which is a common practice in Korea. Instead, they are creating controversy themselves by preparing only one black board for the Itaewon disaster victims to reduce the content of the disaster.
