Surf Competition In Trani
Two surf athletes before entering the water for the surf competition on the occasion of the Longboard Fest at the rock of Frisio in Trani on November 6, 2022. On Sunday 6 November the “Longboard Fest“, the first surf competition in Puglia, was held in Trani. First challenges at 8 am in the waves of the Scoglio di Frisio beach in Trani organized by Flamingo Surf Club Puglia. In the water over 50 athletes of the discipline, divided into the expert categories (longboard) and students (party wave) and coming from all over southern Italy. A federal jury recognized by the Italian Water Ski and Wakeboard Federation (FISW) evaluated the performance of each athlete to establish a podium. (Photo by Davide Pischettola/NurPhoto)
