People Skating On Natural Ice In The Netherlands.
December 15th, Nijmegen. After three days of sub-zero temperatures (around -7 degrees Celsius during the night), the water of some lakes is starting to freeze over. As the wintry weather continues, some skaters took the chance to skate in one of the frozen lakes close to the Dutch city of Nijmegen, but because of the low levels of water, there is just a small part of the 'Oude Waal' lake where the ice surface is large enough to skate.
