Protest against executions in Iran

An artist at a rally against the Islamic regime in Iran wears a mask depicting the reality for those living under the regime's oppression. The weekly demonstration targeted executions of protesters by the regime. To date, two 23-year-olds have been executed: Mohsen Shekari and Majidreza Rahnavard, for ''waging war against God.'' Others have been sentenced to death, and thousands of others remain in state custody. (Photo by Allison Bailey/NurPhoto)
