Seagulls flying near the Palace of Culture and Science (PKiN) in Warsaw, Poland on January 19, 2023. The building, designed by Soviet-Russian architect Lev Rudnev in Socialist realism style, is the most symbolic landmark in Warsaw. The palace is a gift from the Soviet Union to the people of Poland.
