March for freedom and unity in Iran
Visitors to the Smithsonian National Gallery of Art watch and march calling for Iranians to unite to topple the Islamic regime as it passes. Protests have taken place in Iran since the September, 16, 2022, death of Mahsa Amini in custody of Iran's morality police. The demonstrations pose the most serious threat to the Islamic regime in its 43-year existence. (Photo by Allison Bailey/NurPhoto)
