The leaders of the main trade unions of workers and students made up of inter-unions meet behind a unitary banner, there is also the secretary general of the UNSA (National Union of Autonomous Trade Unions) Laurent Escure, the secretary general of the CGT union ( General Confederation of Labour) Philippe Martinez and the general secretary of the CFDT union (Democratic Confederation of Workers) Laurent Berger during the third day of strike and major demonstration in Paris on February 7, 2023 to protest against the government bill aimed at reforming the pension system by modifying the retirement age from 62 to 64 and increasing the minimum number of years of contribution from 42 to 43 annuities.
