Malpractice Victim

Jakarta, Indonesia, 11 December 2015 : Victim of Malpractice in Indonesia ELLYNA FITRI (17) still stay at her tend with parents MR. IDE SYAMSUDIN and Wife infront of Indonesian house of representative. They demand the justice for malpractice by the hospital institution that doing the ppendicitis operation for ELLYNA FITRI. Nurhadi, the director of Indra Sari Hospital where Ellyna having the operation at Riau District, said that no malpractice had occurred and that many other parties had checked the surgical procedure. “There have been many more experienced parties checking the case,” he said. “And they said there was no apparent procedural error,” he added. The case has been checked by the Riau Regency IDI, the Indra Sari Medical Committee, a Riau Medical Code of Ethics group, the Riau Indonesian Surgeon General’s Union and the MKDKI. Indonesian government have taken action by helping the family taken care at National Indonesia Hospital Cipto Mangunkusumo in Jakarta, and the girl have totally cured. But MR. IDE insist still want to stay in front of the house of representative for more justice, many confuse on what kind of justice that he demand. It has already 616 days MR.
