Energy Saving Day
The Cathedral of Molfetta turned off during the energy saving day in Italy, February 16, 2023. Also this year Molfetta adheres to the national initiative ''M'illumino di Meno'' the Day of energy saving and sustainable lifestyles launched by Caterpillar and Radio2 in 2005. The 2023 edition mapped the growing phenomenon of Renewable Energy Communities: i.e. those territorial alliances of public bodies and citizens that produce and distribute energy from alternative sources.
