Hours after the visit of the President Joe Biden, Ukrainian men lie flowers in respect to the demonstrators killed during the Revolution of Dignity - a movement that started reforms in 2014 on Maidan Nezalezhnosti (Independence Square) in the centre of Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine on February 20, 2023. The President of the USA unexpectadly visited Kyiv today to mark a year anniversary of the Russian invasion and show continuous support towards Ukrainians. As the full scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian forces approaches its first anniversary Ukrainian forces still fight Russian troops in the East of their country.
