Daydreaming Competition In Indonesia

Participants took part in the daydream competition which was held in Solo, Central Java, on March 5, 2023. The daydream competition which was claimed to be the first in Indonesia was organized by Jinju Academy, a Korean language course institution, attended by 40 participants out of a total of 400 registrants. According to the owner of Jinju Academy, Desti Konita, based on a number of research journals, daydreaming for someone has positive benefits, one of which is as a means of meditation that can release stress, and can increase thinking power. The daydream competition itself has been held in South Korea since 2014, and has spread to a number of countries, such as the Netherlands and Hong Kong. (Photo by Aditya Irawan/NurPhoto)
