Protest In Colombo
Inter University Students' Federation Convenor Wasantha Mudalige will take part in the protest on March 7, 2023 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The police used water and tear gas to disperse the protest held by the Inter University Students' Federation with the slogans of lowering the tax burden, freeing the student prisoners, and reducing the fuel and electricity bills. While this protest march was marching from the Colombo Town Hall through the streets of Colombo, in front of the University of Colombo, the police blocked the road and fired water and tear gas.
