Protest In Paris
Protestors gathered for a demonstration, as part of a nationwide day of strikes and protests called by unions over the proposed pensions overhaul, in Paris on March 11, 2023. The reform proposed by the government includes the raise of the minimum retirement age from 62 to 64 years and the increase of the number of years people have to make contributions for a full pension. Unions have vowed to keep up the pressure on the government, with a seventh day of mass protests, and some have even said they would keep up rolling indefinite strikes.
