A pile of garbage bags have been piling up since waste collectors went on strike against the French government's proposed pensions reform, in front of the Eiffel tower in Paris on March 17, 2023. France faces another day of strikes on march 17, 2023, over highly contested pension reforms which President appears on the verge of pushing through despite months of protests.
