10th Protest Against Macron' Pension Reform

More than 50 000 people protested for the 10th day of strikes and protests against the Macron's pension reform and after it passed with the article 49.3 and no vote in the Parliament, in Toulouse, France, on March 28th, 2023. Youth was also present in numbers. Riot police used tear gas after only 45 min of protest to cut the cortege in two. They launched scores of tear gas canisters until the protest end several hours afterwards. Tiot police also used water cannon on protesters several times. . Polls show 67% french people say they want the stirkes to intensifyand that 93% of workers oppose the pension reform. The retirement age would be raised to 64 years (for 43 years of continued work) and the pensions will be lower specially for women, 'short careers' and low wages people.
