Protesters Argue That The Republican Party Is Putting Guns Over People Amidst Mass Shooting At A Private Christian School In Nashville, Tennessee-NJ
Demonstrators in Paramus, New Jersey, United States on March 29, 2023 from The Visibility Brigade in Bergen County protested the recent mass shooting at a private Christian school in Nashville, Tennessee. Activists gathered on a highway overpass near the Bergen Town Center mall with signage saying, ''GOP = Guns Over People''. Activists also displayed a sign that read ''mass shootings this year = 130'', and signs saying no assault rifles. Activists argued that the Republican Party is putting guns ahead of the constituents they serve and that members of the Republican Party are not doing enough to stop gun violence and loss of life from mass shootings from transpiring.
