Multi-national bank HSBC apologizes for computer glitch

A branch of HSBC trading in Stockport on Tuesday 5th January 2016. Multi-national bank HSBC has apologized to customers and service users for a computer error on its internet banking. The HSBC CEO, John Hackett, said '“I’m pleased to say that we have seen a steady return of service to internet banking in thepast few hours for our personal and business customers.We will be monitoring the service very closely, ready to respond should any new issues arise' in a statement to the press.
