Women manned stands in Santiago Tulyehualco in Mexico City, on the occasion of the Snow Fair and Easter celebrations in the capital, where locals offered visitors tastings and ice creams of different flavours. Its first antecedent goes back to the Mexica runners, people who transported ice from the Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl volcanoes to the Tlatelolco market.
