Officers opening the gate for residents to share of the sacrificial meat during celebrations of Eid al-Adha at Kauman Mosque, Semarang City, Central Java-Indonesia on September 24, 2015. The committee distributed sacrificial meat 6,800 packages to residents . Muslims worldwide celebrate Eid Al-Adha, to commemorate the Prophet Ibrahim's readiness to sacrifice his son as a sign of his obedience to God, during which they sacrifice permissible animals, generally goats, sheep, and cows.
