Israeli settlers doing a tour in Hebron's old town with armed military escorts. Sat - Aug 8, as every Saturday, nearly 30 Israeli settlers with more than 30 of armed soldiers, the settlers go out of an army base in the old town to begin their tour in the old town. Palestinian residents say that the Israelis are doing a religious traditions every Sat, this causes to stop of our movement in the town for two hours. Dozens of Palestinian shops been closed during the second Intifada for many reasons, such as, attacks by settlers on Palestinians, to so far and from time to time attacks happen by settlers in Hebron's old town. The seizure of a large number of homes by Israeli settlers, the closure of ‘Shuhada’ street that was been the most active street in the old town, and the closure of a number of shops and Palestinian houses under pretext "Israeli security reasons". This caused the conversion ordinary life to an extraordinary life and almost empty of any visitors and tourist traffic rate of zero. There was an Israeli guide speaking to the settlers, were not a religious ritual, but they stop at different places in the Old City, the guide begins to explain about "historical landmarks". And during that, Israeli armed soldiers did not allow for the Palestinians of moving or approaching settlers who are blocked and closed the narrow roads and thus prevented Palestinians movement and prevented getting them to their homes too. TIPH -(The Temporary International Presence in the city of Hebron)- were monitoring, filming, and writing observations of the settlers tour. Palestinian children was stopped by Israeli armed soldiers and were not allowed them to continue the playing and joy to give the space to the Israeli settlers.
