A number of workers, communities, and journalists take action to commemorate Labor Day in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, on May 1, 2025. Various organizations, including the Alliance of Independent Journalists (AJI), Pewarta Foto Indonesia (PFI) Bandung, and the Federation of Militant Trade Unions (Sebumi), attend the action to urge the DPR to revise the Manpower Law No. 13 of 2003 and invite media workers to form trade unions in companies or across companies as an effort to increase bargaining power to stop the exploitation of media workers.
