A protester wears a vest with datas showing the average temperatures in Toulouse since 1950: from 11.5°C in 1950 to 15.4°C in 2020. For the 2nd time, citizens, NGOs, associations took to the streets to protest against the planned law 'Climate and Resilience' by Macron's government. Protesters demand a 'real Climate law'. French President Macron organized a Citizens Convention on Climate (CCC) with his promise that their conclusions would be transmitted without 'filters' to the French National Assembly. However, Macron didn't kept his words and played jokers on some propositions and finally, the bill was tansmitted to the Assembly with numerous 'filters'. The 150 citizens who worked in the Citizens convention on Climate noted the bill at 7 on 20. Climate experts say that the bill would do nothing to slow down the climate crisis. Similar protests took place elsewhere in France. On May 9th 2021 in Toulouse, France.
