Under the name 'Unmute Us!', more than a thousand organizations from the Dutch event industry have called for protests in several cities in the country, in Nijmegen, Netherlands, on August 21, 2021. During the last press conference, Prime Minister Mark Rutte said that outdoor events can go ahead but just with a maximum of 750 attendees. The organizations require that events can take place again at full capacity as of September 1, 2021.

Maryam Rajavi, A photo exhibit in remembrance of 120,000 dissidents, mostly members of the Iranian opposition group the Mujahedin-e Khalq (MEK), executed by the Iranian regime, including 30,000 political prisoners massacred in 1988, was held on Capitol grounds, Washington DC, US, on September 4, 2020. Maryam Rajavi, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), addressed the exhibition and said, The experience of the past 40 years has shown that no amount of political and economic concessions will change the behavior of the mullahs regime. The international community must, therefore, adopt a firm policy and apply maximum pressure on the regime, including referring its human rights record to the UN Security Council.

The Tlahuac Semi-Olympic Pool, located in Mexico City, Mexico, on August 21, 2020,resumed its activities under strict security measures after being closed for several months due to the health emergency due to COVID-19 in Mexico. Due to the pandemic, the occupation of the pool is only 5 people in staggered schedules, as well as the restriction of the use of changing rooms, showers and stands and the maximum time of stay is 45 minutes.
