Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune inaugurates the strategic Bechar-Tindouf-Gara Djebilet railway line and passenger service in Bechar, Algeria, on February 1, 2026. The Bechar-Tindouf-Gara Djebilet railway line is a 950 km mining and commercial megaproject in Algeria, aimed at transporting iron ore from Gara Djebilet to the north.
