At approximately 3:00 AM, a 2-alarm fire occurs at a residence in the Sunnyside neighborhood of Queens, New York, killing a 65-year-old man who is pronounced dead at the scene. There is minor damage to an attached residence next door, and one FDNY employee sustains minor injuries. The fire marshal will determine the cause of the fire.
