Nieves Gomez Ruiz 45 and their two children, Yanire 9 and Aingeru 6, live in a house owned by his paternal grandparents and that four years ago, when the parents got divorced, the judge assigned as children's habitual residence. The father of the children is required by the divorce decree, to spend a monthly pension of 150 euros each. pension has never been established, only 50 euros in court. At the same time, the parent is convicted of "gender violence" against the mother of these kids, with a restraining order. Paternal grandparents judicial claim that dwelling to be occupied by the son (the father of these children) who in turn has remarried and has another child. Grandparents have more properties. Nieves, the mother of the children has already stopped the first attempt and the second eviction but has received a third notice to leave the house.
