A heavy load construction vehicle makes a diversion in the Roshi River along the BP Highway in Kavrepalanchowk district of Nepal on October 9, 2025. Various sections of the BP Highway, built with Japanese assistance, are swept by the floods of 2024, which are brought back to operation within weeks by setting up diversions. The local authorities, in coordination with the central government, are again setting up diversions, but people are forced to cling to the rocks to get across the road section and catch a bus to continue their journey.
