Wednesday morning at approximately 1:57 AM the NYPD arrived to find a man identified as 68-year-old Rafael Fajardo dead inside of the building. There is a death investigation underway, police and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner were on site and brought out the body from the building. The medical examiner will determine cause of death and the investigation is ongoing.
