A woman and a minor leave flowers under the statue of Frida, a rescue dog belonging to the Mexican Ministry of the Navy, who died on 15 November 2022 due to age-related problems. Frida, who died at the age of 13, helped in the search and rescue efforts after the 2017 earthquake in Mexico. She located 12 people alive and around 40 bodies.

The bridge was completed in May 1997, and the residential buildings were completed in 1999. These houses still do not have real estate procedures, becoming a ''historical problem'' in the city.
