Zack Tahhan, a witness who reportedly notified police of Frank James' whereabouts, walks outside the 9th Precinct where James is currently being held in police custody for his connection to yesterday's shooting at the 36 St subway station on April 13, 2022 in New York City. Yesterday, Frank James was named as a "person of interest" before being arrested as a suspect this afternoon. Ten people were shot and 13 other commuters suffered injuries due to smoke inhalation, falls, and panic attacks.
