After several months in confinement, Mexico City went orange (high risk) for COVID-19, reopening the restaurants to 30% to 40% of their capacity, as long as they take all the sanitary security measures, such is the case of El Asado Agentino that has been closed since April 1.

According to a study by the Commission for Human Rights of the State of Zulia (Codhez), nearly 80% of the households in the country do not have access to the vital liquid even on many occasions to drink, cook or bathe. In the best case the water arrives once every two weeks for three months, and in some areas it can be seen how it is thrown on the streets or ravines by fleeting in the pipes of the distribution system.
