A number of residents make a pilgrimage to Kiai Ashari's ancestral grave during the Sadranan tradition at the Sentono cemetery complex in Ngijo, Gunungpati, Semarang, Central Java Province, on January 2, 2025. Local residents routinely carry out this tradition before entering the holy month of Ramadan by slaughtering and cooking dozens of goats, then visiting their ancestral graves and eating together.
