The bridge has been closed since March 2019 due to renovation. 100% of the steel structure was replaced and railings were repaired and covered with anti-corrosion protection. The bridge pillars were cleaned and the pathes were paved. As part of the investment, the 147.5-meter-long truss structure of the bridge will be illuminated at night. On August 16, 2020, in Krakow, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Poland.
