Comet C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan-ATLAS) rises above the skies of Barcelona, Spain, on a clear night. Discovered in January 2023, this comet originates from the Oort Cloud and is one of the brightest objects as it approaches the Sun. As it moves along its orbit, it leaves behind a long and glowing tail, visible from Earth with telescopes or even with the naked eye in dark skies. Its closest approach to our planet is expected in October 2024.
