The seminar was presided by Daniel Wezner Lang, sociologist. Both Fabien Jobard and Daniel Wezne Lang are members of the CNRS (National Center for scientific Research). The OPP was founded by the LDH (Human Rights League), the Copernic foundation and the SAF (French Syndicate of Lawyers). Toulouse. France. April 9th 2019.
