The Viettel-1 LEO communication satellite orbits in Low Earth Orbit (LEO). The spacecraft features two large, rectangular multi-junction solar arrays extended to the sides, reflecting intense sunlight. The main bus is wrapped in silver and gold multi-layer insulation (MLI), prominently displaying the Viettel corporate logo as it provides ubiquitous network coverage to remote regions during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, Spain, on March 5, 2026.
