The project's goal is to transform fruit waste from the hidden and forgotten London's orchards, into 'Local Fox Cider' and 'London Apple Juice'. The product are made entirely from apples grown across the capital and are hand-crafted by local volunteer orchardists at The Orchard Project in Walthamstow, East London.
