The Covid-19 task force conducted a PCR swab on residents of the Kayu Putih housing complex, East Jakarta, on June, 5, 2021. A total of 48 residents carried out a PCR swab following the micro-lockdown of their housing location because there were 22 residents positive for Covid-19. Covid cases in Indonesia have increased, bringing the total number of cases to 1,837,126 people caused by the elderly group because they are the most vulnerable during the pandemic with the fatality rate due to Covid-19 four times higher than other age groups because there is still a fear of effects of vaccines on the elderly as well as technical constraints in accessing vaccines.
