A survivor with injuries on a wheelchair is seen going through the body identification for his family members who have died after a train carrying 490 people has derailed in a tunnel in Hualien, according to workers of the Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation, in Hualien, Taiwan, 2 April 2021. According to Taiwan officials, at least 51 deaths have been reported and dozens have been injured.

A motorbike rider passes through a permanent residential complex for disaster victims in Palu, Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia on September 27, 2020. After two years of the earthquake, tsunami and liquefaction disasters in Palu, Sigi and Donggala on September 28, 2018, the victims more than 5,000 people, hundreds of victims who lost their homes have now occupied permanent residences built by the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation. The government is still building permanent shelters to accommodate more than 12 thousand houses of residents who were lost due to the disaster.
