OSWIECIM, POLAND - APRIL 18: The former United States Ambassador to Israel, David Friedman (L), an American banker and the U.S. Ambassador to Israel, Thomas R. Nides (C), and American journalist, Wolf Isaac Blitzer (R), walking in the March of the Living on April 18, 2023 in Oswiecim, Poland. The March of the Living has been organized in Oswiecim since 1988. On the 35th anniversary of the first event, over 10,000 people from all over the world took part in it. As always, the participants marched through the so-called The road of death - the route between the former Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau camps. The march was led by 40 Holocaust survivors.
