Former President George W. Bush and Technical Sergeant Israel Del Toro speak to aspiring Invictus competitors during an event to announce a major initiative prior to the 2016 Invictus Games in Orlando, Florida at the Intrepid Sea-Air-Space Museum on December 3, 2015 in New York City. The announcement was to promote the initiative by the George W. Bush Institute in partnership with the Invictus Games to address the invisible wounds of war and a the role of sports in recovery
