The platform looks like a ''big vortex'' rising from the lake when viewed from above. The main body of this ''whirlpool'' viewing platform is a pure steel structure, about 35 meters high and about 86 meters in diameter. Its ''vortex'' shape is mainly composed of hundreds of ring units with completely different sizes and shapes and dozens of diagonal columns. From the ground floor of the platform, visitors walk up the spiral road and get a panoramic view of the 360? landscape. The main body of the project is a pure steel structure building, with a total steel volume of about 7,000 tons, which is the largest double helix steel structure building in the world. Its complex and bizarre shape is mainly composed of 330 ring units of completely different sizes and shapes and 32 diagonal columns.
