That the Bolivarian government did not comply with the handing over of the pigeons that it promised, with prices in the market that reach up to 3,400 bolívares per kilo, for many Venezuelans the tradition of having dinner pernil on the last night of the year remained a promise that they would distribute more than 20,000 tons through the committees, fairs of sovereign fields and card of the Fatherland, as a mechanism of control of social policies
