Views from under the Brooklyn Bridge in Brooklyn, N.Y. USA, as a smokey haze enveloped NYC from Canadian wildfires on Wednesday, June 6th 2023. Air quality levels have reached a record high in NYC with numbers reaching 342 on the AQI. NYC officials advised residents to stay indoors, limit outdoor exposure, and to wear masks when outdoors. Vulnerable populations, such as children & older adults were told to avoid going outside.
