A figurant participates in the Living Nativity in Palombaio, a hamlet of Bitonto, Italy, on January 6, 2025. The Palombaio Living Nativity, which has the patronage of the Municipality of Bitonto and the President of the Region of Puglia, is animated by dozens of figurants who re-enact traditional crafts, the cave of the nativity, and the little Bethlehem of two thousand years ago. It is made possible by the unceasing efforts of volunteers from the Maria Santissima Immacolata parish and the Anspi oratory ''San Gaspare Bertoni.''
